- 1 tsp. sugar
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. raisins
- 1 cup cubed red and green bell pepper
- Optional: 2 bunches Bok-choi, sliced

Instructions:

1. Heat the cooking oil in a pot over medium heat.

2. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

3. Add the pork cubes to the pot and cook until lightly browned.

4. Add the pork liver and continue cooking until the liver is tender.

5. Add the tomato sauce and pork broth cubes and mix well.

6. Pour in the water and stir the mixture until the broth cube is dissolved.

7. Add the sugar, ground pepper, and raisins and mix thoroughly.

8. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.

9. Add the potatoes and carrots and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

10. Add the bell pepper and optional Bok-choi and cook for another 5 minutes.
